1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Palisai, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Palisai provides DNS and email security, security scanning and an accompanying dashboard. We may change, extend or discontinue features of the service at any time.

3. Account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm the service or other users. You must not:

• Scan or test domains or systems you do not own or are not authorised to test.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions.
• Overload or disrupt the service's infrastructure.

5. Free tools

Our free tools are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Results are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of security.

6. Billing and subscription

Paid subscriptions are billed via our payment provider (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel. The right of withdrawal (14 days) does not apply to digital services commenced with the customer's explicit consent. Refunds for prepaid subscription periods are not issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Palisai is not liable for indirect, consequential or data-loss damages arising from use of the service. Palisai's total liability to any one customer is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be settled by the Copenhagen City Court (Retten i København) as the agreed venue.
